When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.
Note: During peak times or sales events, processing may take an extra day or two — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! But that's coming in the future! Reach out to us for requests or status updates!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email. You can also track your order in "my account".
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $99 qualify for free U.S. shipping.

What is ScruBunz™?
ScruBunz™ is our patent-pending scrub cap designed with style and function in mind—inspired by buns, that lets you keep your natural hair down, clipped, or in a ponytail.
Do you have different sizes?
ScruBunz™ is designed as a one-size-fits-most with a flexible, comfy fit. ScruBunz cap is based on a European style cap.
How should I wash my ScruBunz™?
We recommend hand-washing on cold and tumble drying on low to preserve the fabric and structure. Remove the stuffing from the buns before washing. See care tag for additional details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.
To initiate a return, email us at admin@scrubbychic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order. However, orders over $99 still qualify for free shipping.
I forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply it after?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discount codes retroactively once an order has been placed. Please be sure to enter your code at checkout before completing your purchase.
