Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from ScrubbyChic! If something’s not right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

Tags are still attached
-
The item is in its original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or used scrub caps.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at admin@scrubbychic.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
