Thank you for shopping with ScrubbyChic! We’re excited to get your ScruBunz scrub caps to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping and delivery.
Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During peak times or sales events, processing may take an extra day or two — but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only for Now)
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat Rate $6.95

FREE shipping on orders over $99
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays. We do our best to keep it speedy!
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), it is out of our hands — but we’ll always help if you need to file a claim or track it down.

ScrubbyChic is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
International Shipping
We are excited to offer international shipping! Shipping rates for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs process and the shipping carrier. Import duties, taxes, or other charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be assessed by your local customs office.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you need to make a change, email us ASAP at admin@scrubbychic.com. Once an order ships, we can’t guarantee rerouting.
