BYO Fabric – Custom Scrub Caps

Have a fabric you love? Now you can send it in, and we’ll turn it into a custom ScruBunz scrub cap just for you.

With our BYO (Bring Your Own) Fabric option, you provide the fabric, and we handle the rest—from expert manufacturing to the finished, wearable scrub cap you know and love. Since the majority of the cost is attributed to manufacturing, pricing remains the same per cap while giving you the freedom to choose designs that matter most to you.

Fabric Requirements (per cap):

• Main fabric: Minimum 44” wide × ½ yard
• Accent fabric (headband & bows, optional): Minimum 44” wide × 10”

If you choose not to send an accent fabric, we’re happy to select one that complements your main fabric. In this case, accent color selection will be at our creative discretion.

Fabric Guidelines:

• Recommended fabric: Cotton
• Please do not send thick materials (such as leather), fuzzy fabrics, or extremely delicate fabrics (including silk or lace).
• Any fabric that cannot be used for cap construction will be returned to you, and the purchase price will be refunded less return shipping.
